Our Ethics

We believe the key to finding a sense of harmony with mother earth starts with bringing awareness to our surroundings, ourselves and each other. A founding part of our ethos is that the production of jewellery should not be a contributing factor to the harming of the planet or humans. This is why each piece of jewellery in our collection is made with careful consideration of production methods, packaging and sourcing of materials. Respecting the planet and its people from start to finish.

Our Goals

We are continually identifying new areas where we can be more sustainable and kinder to our planet. Each year we set ourselves goals to make sure we are doing all we can to get one step closer to being the most sustainable and ethically-minded jewellery brand we can be.We are so proud of how far we have come, ticking off many of the goals we have set ourselves over the years since we started, but there is still a lot to do to make this world we call home a better placeHere are some of the milestones we have reached since starting Emma Aitchison Jewellery, as well as a few more we want to establish in the months and years to come.

A Collective Effort

We're not perfect, but we are always trying to make the most educated and considered decisions when it comes to production, resources and supplies, and after-care. This allows us to make beautiful pieces of jewellery with the peace of mind that we are looking after the people and planet around us.We also understand our vision will not be achieved single-handedly so if we want to safeguard the environment for the future we need to work collectively – harbouring a network to spread awareness and demand. To be a part of this ongoing discussion, and find more inspiring and educational resources and tips, join our Instagram community @emmaaitchisonjewellery.
