Why Emma?

I’m not teaching from theory — I’m living it too.

As a dyslexic creative working mum myself, I understand the mental load, the constant juggle, and the frustration of systems that look good on paper but fall apart in real life. I have been there, struggled and learnt, let me help you avoid these stresses.

With over 12 years experience running a 6 figure jewellery brand, becoming a mum and juggling dyslexia, I have learnt how to keep balance in your life and work. I am determined to get other brands earnign well and living well also- let me share my knowledge with you!

 I have  a wide breadth of experience in my work, working with clients such as The TATE and Toast, working with celebrity stylist and press. I have also worked as a maker and production manager for  well known fashion brands , providing me with knowledge of other creative industries.

Although not formally trained as a mentor, I have mentored start ups for the Princes trust and mentored on a one to one basis for  creative students in London.

How do I access the courses?

You will have a in person 1:1 meeting with me either on zoom or in person in Frome, Somerset. A link to book will be sent to you after checkout.

A questionnaire and follow up material will be sent via email .

Downloads are emailed directly to you after checkout. You have life time access ot these.

Why do I need a mentor?

Sometimes we all need some one to help, a gentle nudge, some encouragement, a fresh pair of eyes or some constructive criticism. .

I understand when working predominantly on your own it can be hard to make decisions and keep focused.

Having a mentor helps you to see clearly and keeps you accountable. Helping to direct you in the right direction to acheive your goals ad share and suggest systems to aid your business .

I have two discounted options for first time mums in buisness and students.

Who is it not suitable for?

My main experience is within in jewellery retail but my knowledge is expansive and will be suitable for most small creative brands setting out . If I dont think we would be a good match and I feel someone would be more suited to you, I will tell you

My offerings are not suited to you if you are already employing people, very established and looking for someone who is more of a advisor/ investor for business.
