The Story

After unearthing hag stones along the shoreline, I became fascinated by the enchanting folklore surrounding them and the belief that they could reveal hidden things. Naturally formed with a hole running through them, hag stones have long been believed to possess magical properties, offering protection and warding off evil spirits.

Each pebble charm is meticulously crafted by hand in our studio. Moulds are taken from found pebbles, transformed into wax and then sand-cast in metal, preserving their wonderfully organic shapes and textures. Each is then threaded onto a simple hoop.

Easy to wear, yet full of character—the irregular silhouettes bring interest and a quiet sense of magic to an everyday earring.

And perhaps they’ll inspire you to find a hag stone of your own.

Who made my jewellery?

Emma is the designer and creater of your jewellery.

Emma worked in the fashion and jewellery industry in London for 6 years ,before starting her own brand which has now been running for over 10 years.

Emma was taught traditional and contemporary jewellery and specialises in sustainable sculptural pieces, Emma particularly enjoys testing out new and unique methods of working which are traditional for metal work.
